24 Hours Before Tour: You can change your tour date for free if you request it at least 24 hours before the tour. Changes depend on availability.
Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email at info@cabo-adventures.com or by calling us toll-free from the US and Canada at 1-800-916 8734 or from Mexico at +52 (624) 173-9528.
For the activities listed below, we offer an optional round-trip transportation service to most of the hotels in Cabo. The cost of this service is $10 USD per person.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on Cabo Adventures’ official site - this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours.
If the date that you choose is unavailable, Cabo Adventures will offer an alternative day or time. A 12% fee will be added at the time of purchase and will be determined at the point of checkout.
Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars.
Cabo Adventures wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours.
The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.
As part of our Fraud Prevention policy, the person who made the purchase must present their credit card and personal identification at the time of check-in.
If the cardholder cannot be present, a copy of their credit card (both sides) and their identification must be sent by email to info@cabo-adventures.com, at least 24 hours prior to your tour.
